What kind of concurrent requests per second can we expect from the Premium Harmony Public node on ANKR? Let's assume the node has very little utilization, say 1-5%~

There is no concurrent request per second, neither for public nor for premium, the only rate limit is in public when the traffic is high, and it has a soft cap of 1M request per day.
